  • 1/3 cup couscous (wheat)
  • 1/2 cup radish, sliced
  • 1/2 cup carrots, diced
  • 1/3 cup courgette (zucchini), diced
  • 1/4 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons sunflower oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 bay leaf, optional
  • 1/4 cup vegetable stock
  • 1 teaspoon rice flour
  • 1 teaspoon raisins, optional
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ras-el-hanout spice blend
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves


  1. Marinate the Chicken:
